AI consulting for mid-sized businesses
AI consulting that lands in daily work.
Together we find out where AI saves time in your company – and then we build exactly that ourselves. The result is not a concept paper but a workflow your team works with.
Services
From the first question to day-to-day operation.
You get advice and implementation from one hand. What we recommend, we also build – so we only recommend what can be built.
Find the potential
We walk through your workflows and rank tasks by effort, frequency and risk. You see where AI pays off and where it does not.
Calculate the value first
For the first use case we agree on a baseline, a target and the running costs, so you decide on numbers rather than gut feeling.
Choose the tools
We are technology-agnostic: ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or a solution of your own. What counts is your task, your data and the software you already use.
Settle data and rules
Before we start, it is clear which data the AI may see, where it is stored and which providers are involved – plus clear rules for your team.
Build and roll out a pilot
We implement the first use case ourselves, test it with real cases and connect it to your existing systems.
Enable your team
Your team learns on its own workflow how to work with the solution and check results, so it keeps running without us.
The difference
Consulting that does not stop at the concept.
| Common in AI consulting | At EnRo | |
|---|---|---|
| Outcome | A concept with recommendations | A workflow that runs in daily work |
| Implementation | Handed to another provider afterwards | Done by us |
| Point of contact | Changing consultants | Sascha Roehrer, from the first call to the rollout |
| Value | Estimated | Measured on the pilot with real cases |

Who it is for
Is this a fit for you?
What matters is not the size of your company but a task that regularly takes time.
A good fit if …
- You run an established small or mid-sized business, from trades to industry.
- A task recurs regularly and takes noticeable time.
- You want to see results before investing more.
- Someone from your team can take part.
Less of a fit if …
- You only need a strategy paper, not an implementation.
- The goal is basic research or a model of your own.
- The solution should come about entirely without your team.

FAQ
Questions about AI consulting.
Your question is not listed? Write to us – we answer personally.
Ask a questionWhat does AI consulting for a mid-sized business involve?
It clarifies which tasks in your company AI can speed up or improve, what that costs and how the solution fits your software and data. At EnRo, implementation is part of it: we build the first use case, test it with real cases and roll it out with your team.
How is EnRo different from other AI consultancies?
Advice and implementation come from one hand, and Sascha Roehrer is your fixed point of contact. We start with a focused pilot and measure the value before we expand. Our starting point is a catalogue of 85 AI modules for typical tasks in mid-sized businesses (in German).
What does AI consulting cost?
That depends on scope, data, interfaces and review requirements. Once your use case is clear, you receive a concrete proposal that also lists the running costs for software and AI services. The first conversation is free of obligation.
Do we need an AI strategy first?
No. One task that costs time today and one contact person from your team are enough to start.
Which AI tools do you recommend?
We decide per task. We are technology-agnostic and work with widely used services such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini as well as with solutions of your own connected to your software. What counts is the task, how confidential your data is and the software you already use.
How soon will we see first results?
That depends on the use case. We deliberately start with a focused pilot so you can see early on, with real cases, what works – and only then expand.
What happens to our data?
Before implementation, we clarify data types, access rights, storage locations and the providers involved, including data protection under the GDPR. The solution only receives the information agreed. For confidential content we define suitable technical and organisational measures.
Does the consulting help with the EU AI Act?
Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the AI Act requires that staff working with AI systems have sufficient AI literacy. We train your team on its own workflow so it uses the solution safely and can check results. This does not replace legal advice.
Do you only work in your region?
We are based in Pottenstein in Upper Franconia, Germany. We work with businesses across Germany.
Who will advise us?
Sascha Roehrer, founder and managing director of EnRo. He guides your project from the first call to the rollout. He also hosts the deeptech INSIGHTS podcast, produced with Börsenmedien AG.
